This plan covers your company’s employees that are not field workers. All permanent, part-time and fulltime employees working at least 20 hours per week qualify. To access this plan, your field employees must be signed up for the Hour Bank Plan. As per the Field Employees Hour Bank Plan, if you choose to set up this plan for your company, all of your office employees and team members must be enrolled.
