Merit's most popular training program, STP is designed for individuals in supervisory positions. The program teaches a variety of topics to enhance supervisory and managerial skills including time management, productivity, and employee-employer relations.

Through a combination of in-class sessions and on-the-job training assignments, trainees will learn the necessary theory and related practical applications required to achieve the program objectives.
