Construction Contracts and Contract Law

Construction Contracts and Contract Law is designed to teach and familiarize managers, supervisors and project managers with construction contracts and contract law; labour laws (supervisor and worker rights), liabilities and responsibilities of all parties to a Contract, compiling and submitting proper extras and claims, and ways and means for leaders to avoid conflict with contracts, owners, trades and labour.

Through a combination of in-class sessions, on-the-job training assignments and case studies, trainees will learn the necessary theory and related practical applications required to achieve the program objectives.
